Special projects will always require an individual bid because of the many different factors that need to be addressed, however here are some thought on some of those projects.
-
Wallpaper
I spent many years in my early 20’s and 30’s putting on wallpaper and the last 20 years taking it off. Now it has been said that wallpaper is coming back. The putting on of the wallpaper is an artistic challenge, removing it can be a pain. The bid for putting on wallpaper is usually calculated by how many rolls you have. The removal is more by time.

Decks
Must be looked at individually. The preparation includes power washing, scraping, and sanding. The application can also be tricky and should be without direct sunshine to ensure a proper drying time.
-
Fences
Take a lot of time. If the application can be done with a sprayer and then back rolled into the grooves of the wood the end product should be a fence that will look good for a number of years.
-
Cabinets
If you are attempting to update your cabinets by painting them, get ready for a process that has many stages and can be putzy work.
-
Furniture staining
I have not done a lot of this lately, but I would be willing to assist you if you have a project that requires staining.

Railings
Painting railings or spindles are done best with a small roller. They do take some precision so that you get all edges painted without missing some sneaky areas.
